Own Your Body, Own Your Power

New Series April 20 – May 25! In these unique classes designed for women, you will be guided through physical exercises to restore your stamina and vitality, and through a series of mindful practices to restore mental clarity and emotional balance. Each class has a specific theme, all related to the use and misuse of power, sex and money.
What does Owning Your Body means?
Owning your body is about respecting, appreciating and honoring it and knowing how to best cultivate its wellbeing and vitality.
What does Personal Power mean?
Personal Power refers to the ability to stand up for yourself, to respect your agreements, to honor your relationships, to express your creativity, and to connect to your true self.
Why is it important to own my power and use it well?
Because when you hide and shrink, you loose your vitality and can get sick. And when you misuse your power by manipulating your way around things, you loose your integrity. Disowning your gifts affects your health, your mental faculties, your ability to engage in intimate relationships, to thrive at work, to grow.
One of the main barriers to experience power is fear. “If I speak up I will get hurt”, “If I show up on my strength others will judge me,” “I will be lonely”, etc. Fear may be stopping you from being engaged in life, from being content and experiencing love.
In these classes you will be guided to acknowledge your fear, to experience it and cross through its length, moving towards your goals without giving up. Overcoming your fear is to stop running away, to break through paralysis and to connect to a source of Real Power, an internal strength that allows you to keep moving forward in spite of fear. Your Power is at the Core of who you are!
This class is a safe platform for questioning and resolving issues related to power, including sex and money and how to embody a sacred relationship with both. The intention is to create a healthier relationship with our feminine self, releasing and healing fears and limitations and experience our vitality, beauty, clarity and power.
Meeting with Men
In TWO of our SIX Webinars we will meet with the men group guided by Dr. Miles Reid to exchange our findings, listening to each gender needs and issues and find common grounds for understanding and working together.
- At the Physical Level you will practice exercises to

- Promote breast health and Reduce PMS
- Strengthen your core, legs + arms
- Release toxins in your belly + lower back
- At the Mental + Emotional Levels you will engage in
- Taking dominion over the self-critic

- Engaging in positive + clear thinking
- At the Spiritual Level, you will practice mindfulness to
- Cultivate calm and detachment
- Rewire your nervous system
- Experience balance and homeostasis
- Listen to and follow your Soul’s purposes

Format – TWO SESSIONS PER WEEK!
All classes are on SATURDAYS at 9:00 am Pacific Time. Each class is 75 minutes in length and is recorded. You will have access to all class videos and Power Point presentations. You will also receive specific assignments between classes to embody what you learned. I will be posting weekly feedback and comments in the private group email.

Who is Guiding these Classes?
All Webinars will be conducted in English by Aerin Alexander, Being Energy® and Energy Life Sciences Institute® founder. Aerin has 30 years of experience teaching areness through movements. She holds a Master Degree in Kinesiology from CSUN, California, a Master Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and various certifications in the arts of consciousness and movement including the Feldenkrais Method®.
Several guests will be joining Aerin classes, including Executive Life Coach Allison Balser, Enneagram and Reiki expert, Tammy Ratner and Rana Mansour, Certified Traditional Oriental Medicine Practitioner.
