The time has come to OWN your BODY, BEAUTY, and VITALITY. In small group settings, you will practice movements, breathing techniques and self-exploration exercises for restoring your vitality, recovering emotional balance, and regaining mental focus!
In these exclusive gatherings, you will learn techniques for restoring deep sleep as well as a sense of purpose and inspiration you may be missing in your daily life. The body is an instrument of perception at the service of our purposes. By revitalizing our bodies, we can gather the energy needed to stand up for and manifest our desires. The intention is also to create a safe and private environment and sustain a network of women that would engage in transformation and growth.
The methodologies we will use are based on mindfulness movements, mediation, visualization and self-inquire processes. We don’t teach a methodology, but rather, we facilitate the space to ground yourself in your core and to find out what do you need and from there, what tools and methodologies will support your healing processes. You will be guided to question and release miss interpretations and miss beliefs held in the connective tissue and in your internal organs. You will move, breathe and release stress in ways that foster kindness, acceptance and ownership for your whole self.
Weekly Classes and Weekend Workshops
Classes take place on Tuesdays at our office in West Los Angeles and they are one and half hour in length. Workshops take place on Sunday at Rana’s house and are two and a half hours in length. See schedule below for more details.

WEEKLY CLASSES – OWN YOUR BODY – Revitalize your Core
TUESDAYS 9:30-11:00 AM. Starts February 5– In these classes we practice exercises to strengthen the floor of the pelvis and connect to your core. Each class has a specific intention to awaken the WARRIOR within you. We start the class with a short sequence of 16 movements to regain vitality and detoxify your body. Then we address individual issues through exercises, breathing and visualization. You will also learn self-massage techniques to foster self-care and self-love.
WEEKEND WORKSHOP – OWN YOUR POWER – Vitality at All Ages.
SUNDAY FEBRUARY 17, 10:00-12:30 PM. In this in-depth workshop we will guide you to recuperate sound and restful sleep. We will share knowledge and science on peri, menopause and post-menopause, and support you in updating your belief system & acknowledging the hidden power and beauty of all ages. You will learn about natural remedies to release chronic pain, help rebuild your body, and exercises on self-acceptance & self-forgiveness. You will learn to become the HEALER of your own life.
WEEKEND WORKSHOP – OWN YOUR VOICE – Lead your Legacy
SUNDAY MARCH 10, 2:00-4:30 PM. In this special workshop, we will guide you through mindful movement sequences and visualizations to identify a vision for your life and for your legacy. You will learn to identify and write intentions and the power of intentions in our daily life. You will learn to awaken and enhance the VISIONARY in you. What matters to you? What are your priorities? How do you want to show up in life?What would you like to manifest? What ideas serve you, what beliefs are you ready to discard and update?
Weekly Classes on Tuesdays from 9:30 top 11:00 a.m. take place at 2001 S. Barrington Avenue Suite #116, 90025.

Aerin is a Life and Master Movement Coach. She holds a Master Degree in Kinesiology from CSUN, California, a Master Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and various certifications in the arts of consciousness and movement including the Feldenkrais Method®. Aerin has more than 30 years teaching mindfulness through movements and assisting individuals in releasing limitation and finding freedom of perception through progressive movements.
Rana is a Certified Traditional Oriental Medicine Practitioner, a Certified Coach and practitioner of NLP and a Certified Hypnotherapist. She holds a Master in Spiritual Psychology and she is a Certified practitioner of Time Line Therapy. For decades, she has devoted herself to the study & practice of health—mental, physical and spiritual. Today her healing practice weaves together the multiple strands of her education, experience and insight into a rich tapestry of exploration, inquiry and empathetic support.
